  1. Issue #2 of Finale 95 is done! This one tackles everything from how I woke up with a black tongue in Cuba to my introduction to feminism in high school, along with the usual interviews/reviews. You can get one this Sunday, May 26th from 10 - 5 at the Ravenswing Craft & Zine Fair in Minto Park. I’ll be tabling with this issue, along with copies of Finale 95 #1 and both volumes of Scoopin’ Times. Lily Pepper will have a rad set-up too, so make sure you drop by to buy some glorious photocopied bullshit.  As always, if you don’t live in Ottawa or can’t make it on Sunday, send $2 to the address on the side for a copy (I’ll probably write you a dumb note and draw all over the envelope too).  Issue #2 of Finale 95 is done!   5. stephekay: So the official line up for Rockfest was announced today.  Normally, I don’t care about this event.  Camping is okay, but schlepping all the way to Montebello to camp with a bunch of drunks and watch has been 90s artists is not my thing.   But this year is different; I’m not sure if it’s because Amnesia is the sponsor, or someone else is running the show, but the line up is astounding.  Here are some highlights: -Social Distortion -“Flag” aka most of Black Flag -Bad Brains -Screeching Weasel -“Cro-Mags”; does anyone know if this is the version with Harley or J.J.? -The Adolescents -Discharge -Fucked Up -Madball -Subhumans (UK) -Agnostic Front Unfortunately, Rockfest is happening 2 days before my Ontario Bar Exams aka the exams to make me a lawyer.  So I won’t be going.  But yeah, this may be awful or kick incredible ass.  Just thought you should know!
